Squarespace coupon code

On Oct 13, 2026 we opened Squarespace's own pages in a browser and read them: the official promo-code page at squarespace.com/coupons, the pricing page, the students page, the Circle partner page, and five articles in Squarespace's own Help Center. On the pages we read, Squarespace publishes two codes that anyone can copy today. A site-wide banner, visible on the pricing page, the students page, the Circle page and the promo-code page alike, prints "For a limited time, take 20% off any new website plan. Use code at checkout: OCT20WF". The promo-code page itself carries a second one: "Take 10% off an annual website plan. Just enter the promo code GIMME10 during checkout. Discount valid for your first purchase only." Neither page prints an end date for either code, so this page gives none. Squarespace also prints offers that need no code — a 14-day free trial, "Pay annually to save up to 36%", a free custom domain for one year on annual plans — and two code routes that are issued to you rather than published: a student code from Student Beans and the automatic Circle partner discount. We have not tested any of these in checkout. Not finding a code on a page we did not open does not mean Squarespace has none there: we publish no code the brand does not publish.

One page for the Squarespace code question

Wording checked Oct 13, 2026

The code wording is searched in several ways and they are the same question in different words: "squarespace coupon code", "squarespace promo code", "squarespace discount code", "promo code squarespace" and "squarespace promotion". All of them are answered here, on this one page, and no second Squarespace code address is opened for any of them.

Who qualifies is a different question, and this page does not answer it. The student eligibility list and the Circle partner tiers live on Squarespace's own addresses, linked in the rows below; we note the size of each discount because Squarespace prints it, and we restate none of the eligibility conditions here.

This page's previous reading, kept as history

Source: Squarespace official pricing page, read on www.squarespace.com View official page
The previous review behind this page, dated <time datetime="2026-09-14">Sep 14, 2026</time>, recorded no general-use code on Squarespace's own pages, and read only the pricing page and the student pages. Today's reading adds the official promo-code address and the site-wide banner that the earlier review had not opened, and both print a code. That earlier statement is therefore superseded for the pages read today and is kept here as a dated history entry; it is not a reading of today's pages.superseded

The date a row carries is the date we tried that address, not a promise that anything on it is still there. Rows read on support.squarespace.com come from Squarespace's Help Center; where an article carries its own "Last updated" line we print that date, and we treat it as the date Squarespace last revised the article, not as a code expiry. Every address here was read on www.squarespace.com or support.squarespace.com; we did not open a non-US Squarespace domain today, so this page says nothing about what those domains show. The Sep 14 row is kept as history and was not re-read today.

Those are the official sentences this page rests on. Nothing here is paraphrased, and no figure appears that Squarespace did not print. The student article also carries a list of which plans are and are not eligible; we do not restate it here, because who qualifies is a different question from the one this page answers.

What the U.S. ranking shows, recorded as shape only

Read Oct 13, 2026

We read the U.S. results for "squarespace promo code" on Oct 13, 2026 from a U.S. connection. The first result is Squarespace's own promo-code address, listed with the description "Take 10% off an annual website plan. Just enter the promo code GIMME10 during checkout." The results around it are a publication coupon page carrying a different code string, a community discussion thread in which readers post codes at each other, and three videos. Four questions appear beside the results: whether a 20% discount code exists, whether a named podcast code exists, whether any codes are available in 2026, and how to get Squarespace cheaper.

Three things we take from that ranking. First, on difficulty: a brand's own page holds first place and a discussion thread sits above the publication page, which is the only difficulty signal this page records — advertising-side columns such as competition or cost-per-click are not a measure of how hard it is to rank. Second, on figures: every percentage carried in those titles and in that thread is a third-party claim, recorded as shape only and not treated as a Squarespace offer, and none of those code strings is reproduced here. Third, on the codes themselves: the only two code strings this page prints are the two that were rendered on Squarespace's own addresses today.

How to use this, what to do when a code fails, and how we checked

How to use

Take the code on Squarespace's own pages, in the field Squarespace describes. If you are buying a new plan, start the 14-day trial from the pricing page, then when you subscribe choose your plan and billing cycle, enter your payment details and, on the Review order page, put the code in the Promo code field and click Apply; Squarespace says "Your new total appears." For a code you already hold, the same field is described for upgrades to an existing plan. For the student route there is no code to copy here: register with Student Beans, verify your status, take the single-use code it issues you and enter it in the same field, which the student article calls the "Cart overview panel".

If it doesn't work

Squarespace prints the limits rather than a troubleshooting list, and they explain most refusals. Only one code per transaction: "It’s not possible to combine offer codes in the same transaction." A code loses to an automatic discount rather than adding to it: with the Circle discount or the free domain offer, "we apply whichever discount saves you more." Codes are first-payment only: "The discount only applies to the initial payment and not to recurring payments", and "It’s not possible to use promo codes for renewal payments." And the field can be absent rather than broken: "The Promo code field may not appear at checkout if another discount has been automatically applied." Beyond those, the pages we read give no checklist for a refused code, so we add none of our own. Not finding a published fix on the pages we read does not mean Squarespace has none: the terms attached to the code you hold govern it, and those we have not read.

How we checked, and how this site is paid

We opened each address linked on this page in a browser on Oct 13, 2026 and copied the quoted text from what rendered. Nothing has been tested in checkout: we have not bought a plan, applied either code, or registered with Student Beans. Promo2You may earn a commission when a reader buys through a retail link on this site; a commission does not change what a brand's own page states, and we publish no code the brand does not publish.

Questions

Dates shown per answer
Is there a Squarespace coupon code or promo code right now?

Yes, two, on the official pages we read on Oct 13, 2026. A site-wide banner on Squarespace's own pages prints “For a limited time, take 20% off any new website plan. Use code at checkout: OCT20WF”, and the official promo-code page carries “Take 10% off an annual website plan. Just enter the promo code GIMME10 during checkout. Discount valid for your first purchase only.” Squarespace prints no end date for either code, so this page gives none. We have not tested either one in checkout. Not finding a code on a page we did not open does not mean Squarespace has none there: we publish no code the brand does not publish.

Where do I enter a Squarespace promo code?

In the Promo code field on the Review order page, on Squarespace's own account of it: “On the Review order page, enter the code in the Promo code field, then click Apply. Your new total appears.” The official promo-code page describes the same screen in plainer words: “First, choose a plan. During checkout, on the Review Order page, you’ll see an area to enter your promo code. Apply your code, and you’ll instantly see the discount applied to your order.” The student article calls the same field the “Promo code field on the Cart overview panel”, and the Mobile Start article calls it the “Promo code field on the Review order panel”. Not finding a field described on every screen does not mean there is none: checkout sits inside a Squarespace account, which we did not open.

Can I use more than one Squarespace code at once?

No, on the official article we read: “No. It’s not possible to combine offer codes in the same transaction.” Stacking onto an automatic discount fails differently rather than adding up: “No. It’s not possible to combine an offer code with an automatic discount, like the Squarespace Circle discount or free domain offer. If you qualify for an automatic discount and add an offer code, we apply whichever discount saves you more.” So entering a code alongside the Circle discount does not double the saving; Squarespace applies the larger of the two.

Does a Squarespace promo code apply to renewals?

No, on the official article we read. “No. The discount only applies to the initial payment and not to recurring payments.” and “No. It’s not possible to use promo codes for renewal payments. However, you can apply a promo code if you change your plan or billing cycle during your subscription’s first billing period.” The student discount is described the same way: “The discount applies to the first payment for your site. If your site auto-renews, or if you upgrade or downgrade your plan, you’ll be charged the full price for the next payment.”

Why is there no promo code field at my checkout?

Squarespace gives one reason: “The Promo code field may not appear at checkout if another discount has been automatically applied.” That matches the automatic discounts it describes elsewhere — the Circle partner discount and the free domain offer on annual plans. On one plan type the answer is flat: “No. It’s not possible to use promo codes for Mobile Start plans. To use a promo code, log in on a computer and subscribe to a standard website plan.” The pages we read publish no other reason for a missing field, so this page states none. Not finding another reason on the pages we read does not mean Squarespace has none.

Is there a Squarespace student code, and how do I get one?

There is a student discount, and the code is issued to you rather than published, on the official pages we read. The students page states “We’re offering students 50% off* your first full year of Squarespace” and “Unlock your discount by verifying your student status with our partner Student Beans.” The help article gives the mechanics: “On the Student Beans Squarespace page click Login to get your single-use offer code. The code expires at the end of the calendar year in which it was made.” and “Offer codes are valid for the remainder of the calendar year. You can get one offer code every 12 months through Student Beans.” Who qualifies is a separate question, set out on that official article; this page does not restate the eligibility list.

Is there a Squarespace Circle partner code?

Not a code — the Circle discount is automatic, on the official pages we read. The Circle page prints “10% discount on new annual subscriptions” for Silver, “20% discount on new annual subscriptions” for Gold and “25% discount on new annual subscriptions” for Platinum, and the same discounts reappear in the help article's table as “Yes - 10%”, “Yes - 20%” and “Yes - 25%”. The help article adds “The discount is automatically applied at checkout and isn’t valid in combination with other offers” and “The discount doesn’t apply to future renewals, reactivations, or plan changes.” Who reaches each tier is a separate question, set out on those official pages; this page states nothing about it.

How much does Squarespace cost, and what does paying annually save?

The official pricing page, read on Oct 13, 2026 with the “Pay annually” toggle selected and prices shown in USD, headed the plan cards Basic $19/mo, Core $29/mo, Plus $49/mo and Advanced $99/mo, each carrying a “20% off” badge. Its headline gives the annual saving as “Free for 14 days. Pay annually to save up to 36%.”, and its FAQ adds “We also offer discounts when you choose an annual plan instead of paying monthly. Annual subscriptions also include one year of free domain registration for new websites.” The trial is stated twice: “Every Squarespace website starts with a 14-day free trial” and “Squarespace doesn’t offer a free plan, but every site starts with a free trial—no credit card required.”

Does the 20% code have an expiry date?

None is printed, on the pages we read. The banner says only “For a limited time, take 20% off any new website plan. Use code at checkout: OCT20WF”, and neither it nor the promo-code page carries a closing date, a country list or a qualifying-plan list. Squarespace's own FAQ describes the pattern rather than a date: “Squarespace occasionally runs promotions, and we always share them directly through our website or emails.” We supply no expiry of our own, and this page carries no countdown. The student code is the one with a stated horizon: it “expires at the end of the calendar year in which it was made”.

Can I use a promo code on a Mobile Start plan?

No, on the official article we read: “No. It’s not possible to use promo codes for Mobile Start plans. To use a promo code, log in on a computer and subscribe to a standard website plan. Enter your code in the Promo code field on the Review order panel.” The student article lists Mobile Start plans among the things that discount does not cover as well. The pages we read say nothing about any other plan type being excluded, so this page states nothing either.

Can I add a code to a plan I already pay for?

Yes for a change of plan or billing cycle inside the first billing period, and no for a renewal, on the official article we read: “How do I redeem an offer code to upgrade my existing website plan?” is answered with the same field — “On the Review order page, enter the code in the Promo code field, then click Apply.” — while the renewal answer is “No. It’s not possible to use promo codes for renewal payments. However, you can apply a promo code if you change your plan or billing cycle during your subscription’s first billing period.” The upgrade article marks the field optional: “Enter an offer code in the Promo code field, then click Apply. (optional)”.

How was this page checked, and was anything tested in checkout?

We opened each address listed here in a browser on Oct 13, 2026 and copied the quoted text from what rendered: the official promo-code page, the pricing page, the students page, the Circle page, and five Help Center articles — the offer-code redemption guide, the student discount guide, the Circle discount overview, the trial upgrade guide and the Mobile Start guide. Every one of them was read on www.squarespace.com or support.squarespace.com, and we opened no non-US Squarespace domain. Nothing has been tested in checkout: we have not bought a plan, applied either code, or registered with Student Beans. Prices, code availability and terms still apply, and every statement above can change without notice.

Official addresses checked on the dates shown. Nothing here has been tested in checkout, and no plan was bought and no code applied to produce any of it. Prices, code availability and program terms still apply, and every statement above can change without notice.
