lululemon Like New trade-in & promo code
On the official Like New pages we read on Oct 18, 2026, there is no promo code for lululemon Like New. The Like New Guest Support article that showed "Updated 29 September 2026 14:41" when we opened it states: "At this time, we don’t have any discounts or active promotions on lululemon Like New," and adds that Like New products are not eligible for community discounts, including Sweat Collective, ambassador, birthday, military or First Responder discounts. What lululemon does publish on the same program is credit rather than a code: 15% of the original MSRP by mail minus a $7.50 processing cost, $5 or $10 per item in store, and 70% of the sale price in cash or 90% in credit when you sell a piece yourself. Not finding a code on the pages we read does not mean lululemon does not run one elsewhere - it means we could not source one, and we publish no code the brand does not publish. Every figure below is quoted from the official page it came from, with the date we opened it.

One page for the whole lululemon Like New trade-in and code wording family
Wording checked Oct 18, 2026This question is searched in several ways and they are the same question in different words: "lululemon like new promo code", "lululemon like new discount code", "lululemon like new coupon", "lululemon trade in program", "lululemon trade in credit", "how much does lululemon give for trade in", "sell lululemon like new" and "lululemon like new gift card".
All of those wordings are answered here, on this one page, and no second Like New address is opened for any of them: a second page for the same question would split one answer across two addresses instead of concentrating it here. Who qualifies for lululemon’s other discounts is a different question - who you have to be, not what this program pays - and it is answered on the military discount page, the student discount page and the promo code page instead; this page makes no claim about any of them.
What lululemon publishes about Like New trade-in credit, and where each figure comes from

Promo codeNo discounts or promotions on Like NewSource: official Like New Guest Support help centre article, "Do you have any current promotions or discounts?" (read on lululemon-like-new.zendesk.com, listed as "lululemon Like New Global")View official page | Official wording: "At this time, we don’t have any discounts or active promotions on lululemon Like New." The same article adds: "Like New products aren't eligible for any community discounts, including Sweat Collective, ambassador, birthday, military, or First Responder discounts," and points elsewhere for news: "To stay informed about future Like New offers, we recommend signing up for our emails." Mail-in value15% of the original MSRP, minus a $7.50 processing costSource: official lululemon Like New mail-in FAQ page (read on likenew.lululemon.com)View official page | The help centre states: "You will receive 15% of the original MSRP for any items that meet the condition guidelines." The mail-in FAQ page puts the deduction on the record: "you will receive a credit for all accepted items minus a $7.50 processing cost" and "Please note that a $7.50 processing cost will be deducted from your payout." Its own example: "the MSRP of an Align High Rise Pant 28” is $98, so it is eligible for $14.70 in credit." | no code needed | No end date statedTerms checked |
Mail-in eligibilityWhat can and cannot be mailed in, and the condition testSource: official Like New Guest Support help centre article, "What items are eligible for mail-in trade-in?" (read on lululemon-like-new.zendesk.com, listed as "lululemon Like New Global")View official page | Two official pages agree that "Right now, mail-in trade-ins are only available in the United States," and agree on the exclusion list: "Damaged or unclean gear, women's shirts, women's tank tops, sports bras, accessories, footwear, yoga props, intimates, bodysuits, swimsuits, small pouches, toiletry kits, ivivva, or collaboration items can't be traded in". The mail-in FAQ page on likenew.lululemon.com lists "shirts, tanks, sports bras" among the eligible items - the pages disagree, and this row is not going to settle it for the brand. Condition: "Product must be clean and gently used", "No pilling, staining, discoloration, thread runs, holes, or other damage", "Faint scratching or scuffing on buttons and hardware is okay". | not applicable | No end date statedTerms checked |
Mail-in limits10 items per transaction, one package, unlimited transactionsSource: official Like New Guest Support help centre article, "Is there a maximum number of items I can trade-in?" (read on lululemon-like-new.zendesk.com, listed as "lululemon Like New Global")View official page | Official wording: "You may submit a maximum of 10 items per trade-in transaction", "All items from one trade-in transaction must fit in a single package measuring no larger than 18" x 12" x 10"", and "There is no limit to the number of trade-in transactions you can complete." Separate transactions cannot share a box: "No, we aren’t able to accept items from separate trade-ins combined in a single shipment." Warning: "Please only mail the items submitted in your trade-in. Additional items included will not be eligible for credit and will not be returned to you." | not applicable | No end date statedTerms checked |
Rejected itemsA rejected mail-in item is not returned and earns nothingSource: official Like New Guest Support help centre article, "What happens if my mail-in trade-in item isn't accepted?" (read on lululemon-like-new.zendesk.com, listed as "lululemon Like New Global")View official page | Official wording: "If your item is shipped to us and not accepted for trade-in, you will not receive an e-gift card and your item will not be returned to you. We'll sustainably downcycle your product." The fee is the one thing that comes back: "The processing cost will be waived if none of your items are accepted." | not applicable | No end date statedTerms checked |
Lost packageWhat to do when tracking stops movingSource: official lululemon Like New mail-in FAQ page (read on likenew.lululemon.com)View official page | Official wording: "If your tracking information has not updated in 7 days, please reach out to hello@likenew.lululemon.com for support. In the rare case that issues arise with the shipment, the below information is helpful to share with our support team to investigate the issue, but is not required: A full photo of the items; Photos of the package, shipping label and FedEx drop-off receipts." General support response time: "A member of our Guest Support team will get back to you within 3 business days (Monday-Friday)." | not applicable | No end date statedTerms checked |
In-store value$5 or $10 per item, credit the same daySource: official lululemon Like New trade-in page (read on likenew.lululemon.com)View official page | The trade-in page groups the in-store route under "Simple, standard amounts" and "Earn $5 or $10 credit per item", with "Instant payout" and "Get an e-gift card the same day". Its limits are stated on the page: "Select locations only" and "Not available at outlets." | no code needed | No end date statedTerms checked |
Value bandsThree mail-in bands against three in-store amountsSource: official lululemon Like New trade-in page (read on likenew.lululemon.com)View official page | The value table on the official trade-in page lists mail-in $10-20, $15-30 and $20-75 against in-store $5.00, $10.00 and N/A. Two rows carried labels in what the browser rendered: "Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Define Jackets, Sweaters, Pants, Crops, Leggings, Dresses, Large Bags (Backpacks, Duffles, and Totes larger than 10L)" against $15-30 and $10.00, and "Coats and Jackets" against $20-75 and N/A; the first row carried no label, so no item group is claimed for it here. Footnotes: "*Mail-in values are estimates for high-quality items" and "Accepted for mail-in trade in but not in-store." | not applicable | No end date statedTerms checked |
Sell it yourself70% of the sale price in cash or 90% in credit, receipt requiredSource: official lululemon Like New sell page (read on likenew.lululemon.com)View official page | Official wording: "Redeem your earnings as 70% in cash value or 90% in lululemon e-gift card value", with "On average, items sell for ~50% of the original price." Receipts: "To locate your receipt for online purchases, search your inbox for emails from noreply@e.lululemon.com with the subject line “We got your order!”. For in-store purchases, search your inbox for emails sent from receipts@e.lululemon.com with the subject line “Your lululemon receipt”. If you do not have a receipt, you can still trade in your item." | no code needed | No end date statedTerms checked |
Listing exclusionsWho cannot list, and what cannot be listedSource: official lululemon Like New sell page (read on likenew.lululemon.com)View official page | Official wording: "At this time, you are not eligible to list items on Like New if you are a lululemon employee, ambassador, influencer, member of Sweat Collective, member of Military & First Responders, or if you receive promotional products or discounts from lululemon. Eligible gear purchased through We Made Too Much may still be listed." Not accepted for resale: "Damaged gear, accessories, footwear, yoga props, intimates, collaborations, swimsuits, ivivva, small bags and small pouches, toiletry kits, and items without product imagery." | not applicable | No end date statedTerms checked |
TimingAbout 10 business days by mail, same day in storeSource: official Like New Guest Support help centre article, "How long will it take to receive my e-gift card for a mail in trade in?" (read on lululemon-like-new.zendesk.com, listed as "lululemon Like New Global")View official page | Official wording: "Processing time is about 10 business days between receiving your items at the warehouse and the issuance of your e-gift card." Delivery route: "Once your items are processed at the warehouse, we'll email you the details of your e-gift card for any items that were accepted." In store, the trade-in page advertises "Get an e-gift card the same day". | not applicable | No end date statedTerms checked |
Where credit worksE-gift cards work in store and on the main site, and do not stackSource: official Like New Guest Support help centre article, "How will I receive my e-gift card?" (read on lululemon-like-new.zendesk.com, listed as "lululemon Like New Global")View official page | Official wording: "Once we review your gear, you'll receive an e-gift card for your eligible items. E-gift cards are redeemable at your lululemon store and on lululemon.com, see lululemon’s Gift Card Terms for more details." On stacking, the help centre is blunt: "No, e-gift cards cannot be redeemed in combination with employee or community discounts (including Military / First Responder, Sweat Collective, and Ambassadors)." | not applicable | No end date statedTerms checked |
Program reachUS residents only, and what lululemon says the program has doneSource: official Like New Guest Support help centre article, "Why can't I trade in my item in Canada?" (read on lululemon-like-new.zendesk.com, listed as "lululemon Like New Global")View official page | Official wording: "The trade-in program is currently available only to U.S. residents, so we're unable to accept trade-ins from Canada at this time." The trade-in page footnotes the same rule - "*Program open to U.S. residents only." - and states its own running total: "Since the program started in 2021, we’ve put 2 million trade-ins back in action." Guests outside the US are not offered a workaround: "guests can sign up for email notifications about changes to program offerings." | not applicable | No end date statedTerms checked |
Reduced collectionThe only markdown section Like New runs on its own siteSource: official lululemon Like New Reduced collection (read on likenew.lululemon.com)View official page | The official Reduced collection showed "300+ Items" when we opened it on Oct 18, 2026. It carries one note about a neighbouring section: "We also have Hidden Gems: their product names and details may be a mystery, but we know they're authentic, unique lululemon finds—and you can score them for less." No percentage, no code and no end date is printed on that collection page, so none is claimed here. | none published | No end date statedTerms checked |
The date a row carries is the date we opened that address, not a promise that anything on it is still there. Where two official pages disagree with each other, the row says so rather than picking a winner, and no percentage, end date or countdown appears anywhere on this page that is not printed on an official page first.
Which domain each statement was read on, and why that matters here
Read Oct 18, 2026Two different official domains carry this program’s wording, and they are not the same kind of page. The trade-in, mail-in FAQ, sell and Reduced pages were read on likenew.lululemon.com, the US storefront that runs the program - its own footnote is "*Program open to U.S. residents only."
The nine help centre articles were read on lululemon-like-new.zendesk.com, a help centre that site labels "lululemon Like New Global" and serves under the en-001 locale. That is a global help centre rather than a US-only page, so a statement read there is worth treating as the program’s general wording, and the program’s own country limits still apply on top of it.
Both are quoted with the domain they came from above, so nothing read on the global help centre is presented here as a US figure, and nothing read on the US storefront is presented as a global one.

How to use this, what to do when it does not pay out, and how we checked
How to use
One, decide which route you are taking, because they pay differently: the trade-in page calls mail-in "Best Value" with "Well‑kept gear earns 15% of MSRP" and "Available nationwide", and calls in-store "Instant payout" with "Earn $5 or $10 credit per item", "Select locations only" and "Not available at outlets". Two, check your gear against the eligibility and condition lists on the official pages before you pack anything - and where those lists disagree with each other, as they did on Oct 18, 2026, go with the stricter one or ask the brand. Three, mail-in runs through a prepaid label: "After completing your mail‑in submission, you’ll receive a prepaid, pre‑addressed shipping label via email. Pack the item(s) from your trade‑in, attach the label, and drop the package off at your nearest FedEx location." Four, the credit arrives as an e-gift card rather than as cash back - "E-gift cards are redeemable at your lululemon store and on lululemon.com" - and it does not stack with a community discount.
If it doesn't work
On the official pages we read there is no code to enter, so every failure mode here is about the gear. Item rejected: "If your item is shipped to us and not accepted for trade-in, you will not receive an e-gift card and your item will not be returned to you. We'll sustainably downcycle your product" - but "The processing cost will be waived if none of your items are accepted." Package stuck: "If your tracking information has not updated in 7 days, please reach out to hello@likenew.lululemon.com for support." Cannot identify the item: submit it as an "unidentified item" and, if accepted, take the $5 credit. Item not eligible at all: "you are welcome to submit these items through the in-store trade-in process under the “ineligible-recycling” category." Anything else goes to the same address, with the response time the brand states: "A member of our Guest Support team will get back to you within 3 business days (Monday-Friday)."
How we checked, and how this site is paid
We opened every official address named on this page in a browser on Oct 18, 2026 and copied the quoted text from what the browser rendered: nine Like New Guest Support help centre articles read on lululemon-like-new.zendesk.com, plus the mail-in FAQ, the trade-in page, the sell page and the Reduced collection read on likenew.lululemon.com - thirteen official addresses in all. Nothing here has been tested by using the program: no package was mailed, no item was handed in at a store, nothing was listed for sale and no e-gift card was received, so every figure is what lululemon publishes rather than what we confirmed as a participant. Where two official pages disagree, this page says so instead of choosing one. You will not find an invented percentage, an invented end date or a countdown anywhere on this page. Promo2You may earn a commission when a reader buys through a link on this site; a commission does not change what a brand’s own page states, and we publish no code the brand does not publish.
Questions
Dates shown per answerIs there a lululemon Like New promo code?
No code is published on the official pages we read on Oct 18, 2026. The Like New Guest Support article "Do you have any current promotions or discounts?" - which showed "Updated 29 September 2026 14:41" when we opened it - states: "At this time, we don’t have any discounts or active promotions on lululemon Like New." The same article adds: "Like New products aren't eligible for any community discounts, including Sweat Collective, ambassador, birthday, military, or First Responder discounts." The site-wide banner on likenew.lululemon.com reads "Fresh arrivals added daily. Shop Now" and prints no code, and the email sign-up panel on the same site offers access rather than a code: "Sign up for emails and get early access to Like New's best scores, plus first dibs on Black Friday and other special moments." We publish no code the brand does not publish. Not finding a code on the pages we read is not the same as lululemon not running one somewhere else - it means we could not source one, and the official pages linked above are where a code would have to appear.
How much credit does a mail-in trade-in pay?
15% of the original MSRP, with a processing cost taken off the top. The help centre states: "You will receive 15% of the original MSRP for any items that meet the condition guidelines," and works one example through: "the MSRP of an Align High Rise Pant 28” is $98, so it is eligible for $14.70 in credit." The mail-in FAQ page on likenew.lululemon.com puts the deduction in writing twice: "You can expect your items to be processed at the warehouse within 10 days of receipt. Once processed, you will receive a credit for all accepted items minus a $7.50 processing cost," and "Please note that a $7.50 processing cost will be deducted from your payout." An item you cannot identify still earns something: "If you can’t identify your item, you’ll have the option to submit it as an “unidentified item.” If accepted, you’ll earn a $5 credit."
Which items can I mail in, and what condition do they have to be in?
Two of the three official pages we read agree, and one does not, so read this before you pack a box. The help centre article, read on lululemon-like-new.zendesk.com, states: "Right now, mail-in trade-ins are only available in the United States," and lists as eligible "Shorts, skirts, men's shirts, men's tank tops, hoodies, sweatshirts, Define Jackets, sweaters, pants, crops, leggings, dresses, bags, large bags, all outerwear" and as not eligible "Damaged or unclean gear, women's shirts, women's tank tops, sports bras, accessories, footwear, yoga props, intimates, bodysuits, swimsuits, small pouches, toiletry kits, ivivva, or collaboration items can't be traded in". The trade-in page on likenew.lululemon.com carries the same exclusion: "Not accepted for mail‑in or in‑store trade‑ins: Damaged or unclean gear, women's shirts, women's tank tops, sports bras, footwear, accessories, small bags, small pouches, toiletry kits, yoga props, intimates, swimsuits, ivivva, or collaborations." The mail-in FAQ page on that same site disagrees and lists "shirts, tanks, sports bras" among the eligible items. Since the pages disagree with each other, check the official pages yourself before mailing anything. On condition, the help centre states: "Product must be clean and gently used", "No pilling, staining, discoloration, thread runs, holes, or other damage", and "Faint scratching or scuffing on buttons and hardware is okay."
Who can take part, and is there a limit on how many items I can send?
The mail-in FAQ page answers the first part in one line: "All US-based guests are eligible to participate in the mail-in trade-in." On limits, the help centre states: "You may submit a maximum of 10 items per trade-in transaction" and "All items from one trade-in transaction must fit in a single package measuring no larger than 18" x 12" x 10"". There is no cap on how many transactions you run: "There is no limit to the number of trade-in transactions you can complete." You cannot merge two transactions into one box - the mail-in FAQ answers that directly: "No, we aren’t able to accept items from separate trade-ins combined in a single shipment." And only mail what you declared: "Please only mail the items submitted in your trade-in. Additional items included will not be eligible for credit and will not be returned to you."
How long does the e-gift card take to arrive, and how is it sent?
By mail, the help centre states: "Processing time is about 10 business days between receiving your items at the warehouse and the issuance of your e-gift card." The mail-in FAQ page on likenew.lululemon.com words it slightly differently - "Processing time is about 10 business days between the receiving your items at the warehouse and the issuance of your e-gift card" - and adds how it reaches you: "Once your items are processed at the warehouse, we'll email you the details of your e-gift card for any items that were accepted. The e-gift card may be used online at lululemon.com or in store." In store the trade-in page advertises the other speed: "Instant payout" and "Get an e-gift card the same day".
What happens if my mail-in item is rejected?
It is not coming back, and it earns nothing. The help centre: "If your item is shipped to us and not accepted for trade-in, you will not receive an e-gift card and your item will not be returned to you. We'll sustainably downcycle your product." The one thing you do get back is the fee: "The processing cost will be waived if none of your items are accepted." The mail-in FAQ page words the outcome the same way - "If your item is not accepted for trade-in, you will not receive an e-gift card and your item will not be returned to you. We'll sustainably downcycle your product." - and it gives a route for gear that is not eligible at all: "you are welcome to submit these items through the in-store trade-in process under the “ineligible-recycling” category. These items will be recycled through our partner."
What if my package goes missing in the mail?
The mail-in FAQ page gives one trigger and one address: "If your tracking information has not updated in 7 days, please reach out to hello@likenew.lululemon.com for support." It asks for the evidence you can gather, while noting it is optional - "A full photo of the items" and "Photos of the package, shipping label and FedEx drop-off receipts." The same page gives the general support route and its own response time: "Please reach out to hello@likenew.lululemon.com for support. A member of our Guest Support team will get back to you within 3 business days (Monday-Friday)."

How much do I get for trading in at a store?
The trade-in page puts the in-store route under the heading "Simple, standard amounts" and the line "Earn $5 or $10 credit per item". Its value table lists three mail-in bands - $10-20, $15-30 and $20-75 - against in-store amounts of $5.00, $10.00 and N/A. Two of the three rows carried a label in what the browser rendered: "Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Define Jackets, Sweaters, Pants, Crops, Leggings, Dresses, Large Bags (Backpacks, Duffles, and Totes larger than 10L)" against $15-30 by mail and $10.00 in store, and "Coats and Jackets" against $20-75 by mail and N/A in store. The first row - $10-20 by mail, $5.00 in store - carried no label in what we read, so we are not going to guess which items it covers. The page footnotes the bands with "*Mail-in values are estimates for high-quality items" and the coats row with "Accepted for mail-in trade in but not in-store," and it flags the two limits on the in-store route: "Select locations only" and "Not available at outlets."

Can I sell my own gear on Like New instead of trading it in?
Yes, and it pays on a different scale. The official sell page states: "Redeem your earnings as 70% in cash value or 90% in lululemon e-gift card value" and "On average, items sell for ~50% of the original price." Its worked table: a Swiftly Tech Short-Sleeve Shirt at $68 retail listed at $44 pays $31 cash or $40 credit; a Wunder Train High-Rise Tight at $98 listed at $59 pays $41 cash or $53 credit; a lululemon Align™ Dress at $148 listed at $74 pays $52 cash or $67 credit; a Scuba Oversized Full-Zip Hoodie at $138 listed at $90 pays $63 cash or $81 credit. A receipt is required, and the page tells you where to find one: "To locate your receipt for online purchases, search your inbox for emails from noreply@e.lululemon.com with the subject line “We got your order!”. For in-store purchases, search your inbox for emails sent from receipts@e.lululemon.com with the subject line “Your lululemon receipt”. If you do not have a receipt, you can still trade in your item."

Who is not allowed to list items for sale on Like New?
The sell page names the people and the gear. People: "At this time, you are not eligible to list items on Like New if you are a lululemon employee, ambassador, influencer, member of Sweat Collective, member of Military & First Responders, or if you receive promotional products or discounts from lululemon. Eligible gear purchased through We Made Too Much may still be listed." Gear: "Damaged gear, accessories, footwear, yoga props, intimates, collaborations, swimsuits, ivivva, small bags and small pouches, toiletry kits, and items without product imagery." The same page lists the four condition faults that get a listing rejected - "Holes or tears", "Broken seams", "Stains" and "Major signs of wear" - each with its own one-line explanation.

Where can I spend the credit I earn?
On the main lululemon channel, not on Like New. The trade-in page: "Once we review your gear, you'll receive an e-gift card for your eligible items. E-gift cards are redeemable at your lululemon store and on lululemon.com, see lululemon’s Gift Card Terms for more details." The help centre repeats the two channels: "We'll email you the details of your e-gift card for any items that were accepted. The e-gift card may be used online at lululemon.com or in store." If you are buying on Like New itself, the closest thing to a markdown is the site’s own Reduced collection, which showed "300+ Items" when we opened it on Oct 18, 2026, and its Hidden Gems note: "their product names and details may be a mystery, but we know they're authentic, unique lululemon finds—and you can score them for less."
Can I stack a community discount with the e-gift card, or use one on Like New?
No, on both counts. On stacking, the help centre article "Can I use a discount with my e-gift card?" answers: "No, e-gift cards cannot be redeemed in combination with employee or community discounts (including Military / First Responder, Sweat Collective, and Ambassadors). For discount-holders, it's a great time to shop for friends and family!" On using one on Like New at all, the promotions article states: "Like New products aren't eligible for any community discounts, including Sweat Collective, ambassador, birthday, military, or First Responder discounts." How those programs work on the main site is a different question - who you have to be rather than what this program pays - and it is answered on the military discount page and the promo code page.
Is the trade-in program open outside the United States?
Not for trade-ins. The help centre article "Why can’t I trade in my item in Canada?" states: "The trade-in program is currently available only to U.S. residents, so we're unable to accept trade-ins from Canada at this time," and adds "Although mail-in trade-in is not currently offered in Canada, guests can sign up for email notifications about changes to program offerings." The trade-in page on likenew.lululemon.com carries the same restriction as a footnote: "*Program open to U.S. residents only." The eligibility article repeats it for mail-in specifically: "Right now, mail-in trade-ins are only available in the United States."
How was this page checked, and does this site make money from it?
We opened every official address named on this page in a browser on Oct 18, 2026 and copied the quoted text from what the browser rendered - nine Like New Guest Support help centre articles read on lululemon-like-new.zendesk.com (a help centre that site labels "lululemon Like New Global", not a US-only page) and four pages read on likenew.lululemon.com (the mail-in FAQ, the trade-in page, the sell page and the Reduced collection), thirteen official addresses in all. Nothing here has been tested by using the program: no package was mailed, no item was handed in at a store, nothing was listed for sale and no e-gift card was received, so every figure is what lululemon publishes rather than what we confirmed as a participant. Where the official pages disagree with each other, this page says so instead of picking a winner. Promo2You may earn a commission when a reader buys through a link on this site; a commission does not change what a brand’s own page states, and we publish no code the brand does not publish.
