Gymshark promo code
No sitewide promo code is published on the official pages we read on September 26, 2026, and Gymshark's own support article states that "discount codes can't be stacked - only one code per order". The codes the official pages do describe are the newsletter code for 10% off your first order (new customers only), each Gymshark Athlete's own 10% code, and a 15% birthday code issued through Gymshark Loyalty. The rest of what Gymshark publishes about codes are the rules: enter the code before you pay, because nothing is applied retrospectively; codes are not valid on e-gift cards; most codes skip sale items; and a code that pushes your total under $75 removes free US standard delivery.

Questions
Is there a Gymshark promo code right now?
No sitewide code is published on the official pages we read on September 26, 2026. The official support article "What Discounts Are Available?" describes the codes Gymshark issues - a newsletter code for 10% off your first order, each Gymshark Athlete's own 10% code, and a 15% birthday code issued through the Gymshark Loyalty programme - but it prints no general-use code that anyone can copy. What it does print in full is how those codes behave: "Discount codes can't be stacked - only one code per order."
Where do I enter a promo code?
On the Gymshark app, the official e-gift card article states: "Go to the checkout page and scroll to the bottom. The 'ADD DISCOUNT' button appears just above the 'PAY NOW' button. Click this button to open the code entry box." That instruction is written for entering a 16-digit gift card code. Where the code box sits on the desktop website is not stated on the official pages we read, so we do not describe it.
Why isn't my Gymshark discount code working?
The official support article lists the checks itself: are you logged in, because "some codes are linked to your email address"; is the code still valid; "are there sale items in your basket", because "most codes won't apply to items already on sale"; did you enter it correctly, since "codes are case-sensitive" and you should "double-check whether the character is a number (0) or a letter (O)"; is it a welcome or newsletter code, which is "only valid for new customers placing their very first Gymshark order"; has the campaign ended; and is the code for the right regional store, because "some codes are only valid on a specific Gymshark regional store (e.g. UK, US, EU)".
Can I use two codes in one order?
No. The official support article states: "Discount codes can't be stacked - only one code per order." We found no official statement describing any exception.
Can I add a code after I've paid?
No. The official price changes article states: "discount codes or gift cards can't be applied retrospectively to an order once it's been completed." The discounts article repeats it in its own words: "You must enter your code before completing your purchase - we can't apply discounts retrospectively." The same article also states Gymshark is "unable to offer price adjustments, refunds, or credits" for a discount or promotional code that becomes available after your purchase.
Do promo codes work on sale items?
Mostly no. The official support article's troubleshooting list says "most codes won't apply to items already on sale". It goes further for the birthday code: "Birthday codes can only be used on full-price items and aren't valid on sale or discounted products." Which specific codes do apply to sale items is not stated.
Can I use a promo code to buy a gift card?
No. The official e-gift card article states: "Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift card. If your basket includes other items, the discount will apply to those items only, not the gift card." The discounts article states the same rule as "Codes aren't valid on e-gift cards." The e-gift card article also states that "gift card purchases don't count towards qualifying for a free shipping threshold".
What happens to the discount if I return something?
You get back what you paid. The official support article states: "If you return an item purchased using a discount code, your refund will reflect the discounted amount you paid - not the original full price. The discount is split evenly across all items in your order."
Can a code take away my free shipping?
Yes. The official support article states: "If applying a discount code takes your order total below the free shipping threshold, free delivery will no longer apply." On the US store, the official delivery article gives that threshold as "Free Standard Delivery on orders over $75", with standard delivery otherwise $5 USD and an estimated 4-7 working days.
How long does a promotional code last, and can an expired one be reactivated?
The official support article states that "codes tied to these campaigns have a fixed end date shown in the original email or on the website" and that "expired codes can't be reactivated" - Gymshark states it is "unable to extend, reactivate, or retrospectively apply expired promotional codes", including codes shared by a friend or found online. It adds that "promotion terms are fixed at launch": the products a code applies to, the discount amount and the validity window "can't be adjusted on a per-customer basis".
What codes does Gymshark say exist?
Three are described on the official support article we read. The newsletter code: "Sign up for our newsletter and get 10% off your first order", with the note "This code is only valid for new customers placing their first Gymshark order." The athlete code: "Every Gymshark Athlete has their own unique code that gives you 10% off", found on that athlete's social media - the article hints "it's usually their first name" - and entered at checkout. The birthday code: "To receive your exclusive 15% birthday discount, sign up for our loyalty programme", at least 7 days before your birthday; the code is emailed on the day of your birthday, is valid 30 days from issue, and is full-price items only.
Are these checkout-tested?
No. We read the linked official pages on the date shown. We have not placed an order, joined the loyalty programme, signed up for the newsletter, or entered any code at checkout.
Official terms checked on the dates shown. These codes have not been tested in checkout. Eligibility, exclusions, stock and regional store still apply. Percentages, thresholds and rules above are quoted from the linked Gymshark pages and can change without notice. This page is not affiliated with or endorsed by Gymshark.
